Lose weight by drinking water

Would you like to lose weight and save money at the same time or just control your weight?  Are you all day at work, and so, you always need to find what to eat every day for breakfast or lunch? You could do that easily and i bet you it’s very very possible to lose the extra-hated weight, and keep more dimes in your pocket, and look fabulous.

 Every day, you go to M&S and other shop and buy a box of salad, sandwich, a bit of chocolate and some fruits to make magic work by helping you lose weight.  Well you have to do to the fruit stuff because we are a nation a bit obsessed with the 5 a day. But let me tell you, you could shed those extra pounds and lose weight easily by following what I will tell you.  
I know, I know, I can hear you saying: “who are you again?”.  Give it a chance, but don’t cheat yourself, DO NOT, as the simple thing I am about to tell you will not work, if you do that.  This is an easy-to-follow stuff not the kind of things you need to look under the microscope to understand what’s involved.

When you come to work if you feel like it is the I-don’t-feel-like-doing-anything day because it probably is a monday or you had a wonderful weekend or maybe a nice evening the previous day, do something about it.  As a normal human being, your body normally does not adjust straightaway to the fact that, you need to come down and swing to a different environment.  Let go for once the I-am-trying-to lose weight attitude or the I am fed up thinking just for the first hours in the office, have your breakfast and have a healthy one.  No matter what you do, or where you are, make sure you have a proper breakfast.  It is the most important meal of any day and doing it in a proper way will help you control your weight in a long term.  High fibre cereal will keep you full with some fat-free youghurt or a piece of fruit.  There is no miracle when it comes to keeping control of your weight or sheding some pounds, you have to make it work by changing your bad eating habits and replacing them with healthy balanced meals (including non skipped breakfast) and avoiding sugar, fat and junk food.

 

When you are done with your breakfast get your drink next to you (I mean water, ha ha what did you expect I was going to say ?).  Normally, when you drink you always use a glass, don’t.  Do not use a glass this time.  When you are done with your breakfast, stand up and go to the kitchen or wherever you could rinse your mug.  Then, back to your desk, pour water in it.

When you first start this it will be a bit weird but you will get into the habit in no time at all.  Water, water and water is what you need in your mug, not coffee.  Set yourself some kind of little milestones, like when having finished with a task, or switching to a different application on your computer, or looking for a different document in a folder, or just simply, every whatever timescale you could.  At the end of a milestone, sip the water, I did not say, drink, I meant sip and literally sip.  Getting water into your body will help you lose weight.  The first time you do this, it will be a bit strange to do the sipping, but believe me you will get into the habit.  Water is good for you and drinking water will flash out toxine from your body.  You have nothing to lose by trying.  Just give it a chance to work and I promise you it does really work.  You need around 8 mugs/glasses (250ml) of water a day.  The mug is a psychological way of tricking your brain if you are someone, who does not like drinking water much.  If the water is so tasteless and gets really boring, try to put some drops squeezed from a fresh lemon/lime in it.  Alternatively, you could put 2 or 3 dried prunes in it.  That will help you in two ways: you drinking water at the same time as you gaining nutritional benefits including weight loss by drinking prune juice.

 So, don’t hesitate to try that for free, you are what you drink and the water you drink is your helper especially if you are desperate to lose weight or just want to control your weight.
