As simple as it could be

Life can be so complicated but it’s up to you to make it simple.  Everyday people struggle to find something to eat at lunch time and most of the time spend a fortune for the simple food that you yourself can make.  It does not only help you to control your weight because you know exactly what you are putting into them but also, will save you a lot of money.

All you need to do is buy the products; mainly they are: lettuce, tomatoes, radish, red onion, coriander, cider vinegar and olive oil.  Make sure you wash all of them before cutting them.  For any of them you would need a mixture of  1 teaspoon of vinegar and 1 teaspoon of oil with a pinch of salt (and optional pepper).

Salad 1

1/2 size of small lettuce

1 large tomato

3 radishes

coriander leaves

a 1/4 of red onion cut round

Salad 2 

1 large carrot to be shredded or grated

1 large tomato or a beef tomato sliced horizontally

A few leaves of lettuce to serve as a base

1/4 of shredded red onion

Finely chopped coriander leaves

Salad 3

1 large carrot – finely shredded or grated

1/2 medium size of peeled cucumber sliced into small squared pieces

1/2 handful of green beans

1 medium tomato

few leaves of lettuce

1/2 oignon

All the salad could be mixed with any leftover of meat cut into small pieces for the look and to taste better.

If you are at work from the morning till the evening, everyday of your life, surely, at some point, you run out of ideas.  Those above are some simple salad recipes, that would not only help you control your weight, but also, for those who need to shed some extra pounds they are really working.  And it is worth trying.
