As simple as it could be

Life can be so complicated but it’s up to you to make it simple.  Everyday people struggle to find something to eat at lunch time and most of the time spend a fortune for the simple food that you yourself can make.  It does not only help you to control your weight because you know exactly what you are putting into them but also, will save you a lot of money.

All you need to do is buy the products; mainly they are: lettuce, tomatoes, radish, red onion, coriander, cider vinegar and olive oil.  Make sure you wash all of them before cutting them.  For any of them you would need a mixture of  1 teaspoon of vinegar and 1 teaspoon of oil with a pinch of salt (and optional pepper).

Salad 1

1/2 size of small lettuce

1 large tomato

3 radishes

coriander leaves
